Just like our TRADITIONAL Futon, but including a detachable cover in one of our luxury fabrics.
A truely innovative design, hand-made in our own workshop and not available elsewhere, our TRADITIONAL futon has all the looks of a simple "A"-frame design while incorporating a unique all-wood operating mechanism which in one simple movement folds the base out and raises it up to a full normal bed height.
While we were developing the TRADITIONAL futon, we also designed in a stylish shaped front plinth with no visible screw attachments and chunky legs to give a contemporary feel to the design. The design of the TRADITIONAL futon also does away with that awkward third centre leg of most other "A"-frame futon bases.
The pre-assembled pine sections require just a few bolts for final assembly. Add to give a sofa or bed for any occasion.
