The Futon base and mattress were of very good quality and the customer service excellent and the delivery prompt. It is possible to remove and wash the cover or purchase a separate cover which is an excellent feature. Thank you.

Ordered this sofa bed a few days before Christmas hoping to have in time for Christmas. Fantastic customer service. SitandSleep went out of their way to ensure I had the sofa bed I wanted delivered in time for our guests staying at Christmas...and they delivered on this promise. Communication was excellent and delivery spot on. First class, personal service - would highly recommend this company. The sofa bed is great too-easy to assemble; comfortable sofa; & very comfortable bed. Brilliant!

A very good product.
Delivery took place as arranged with not problems.
Construction was very easy with everything needed in three flat pack boxes. An allen key was provided within the pack and the only other tool needed was a phillips screwdriver. Time taken one afternoon for one person.
