Delivery lead time

This product is generally kept in our stock and is usually despatched to our delivery partner within a few working days of us receiving an order, once your chosen mattress and options have been completed for you.

The lead time for despatch to delivery varies according to your geographic location.

The delivery date is pre-arranged with you.

Once your order has been despatched, a delivery day will be booked with you by our delivery partner together with an estimated time slot for your delivery. Note: Small items, such as futon covers and cushions, are sent by small parcel carrier and delivery is not pre-booked, however, you will receive text/email updates as the item moves through the system.

If you have a ‘must-have-by’ date, please give us as much notice as you can so we can prioritise production of orders and plan delivery accordingly to increase the possibility of meeting a date.
