The service from Sit and Sleep was customer friendly and easy to use. Delivery was also on time. My only comment is that it would have been helpful to know in advance standard delivery would be a kerbside drop, i.e. just on the side of the road. If this was in the small print it was easy to miss. By chance, some people were on hand who could carry it into the house, otherwise it would have remained on the side of the road. We have no footpath by our house.

Great product as described. Good communication customer service. good communication with shipping dates and arrivals. Shipping to the SW they said was once a month and luckily we were here for delivery. Very pleased with the experience and product which was easy to put together.

I am really pleased with my camping futons - they have been tried and tested twice now on camping trips and made a world of difference enabling a good night's sleep! Very well made. Very helpful and friendly customer service.

The Snug sofa bed instructions were difficult to follow. I contacted the company and they have taken on board my suggestions. The customer service was excellent - a real pleasure to deal with them. I opted for the extra mattress thickness which is-extremely comfortable.The storage drawer is smaller than imagined (should have checked measurement!) and separate to the bed mechanism.
The delivery was as informed - excellent service here. The lads were great. Thank you.

Beautifully made sofabed, very comfy and lots of options to customise. Very helpful and friendly staff at the showroom and speedy delivery. Delivery itself was a bit of a faff to arrange, but smooth on the day and very helpful.

Customer service and support was brilliant - very helpful in identifying the right product and even helping assemble it.
One small thing that would have made it an even better experience was greater choice of available fabrics on short delivery times. Appreciate that is tricky though!

Everything was fine until I tried to ring them and then the constant response that they are busy. I can accept that once or twice but over two days it just becomes an excuse for not interested
The sofa bed is really solid and the material & shades are brilliant. The only problem was putting it together. Getting the allen key to fit and tighten is torture unless you have very small hands.
I am also still waiting for the guarantee which I expected to be with the delivery note or by email

Sorry to hear that you had difficulty in reaching us - we are a small company (no big team of telephone operators) and we answer most calls in our business hours but at times when we are on calls to other customers or are in the warehouse etc we do have an answer machine and, if a message has been left, we call the person back as soon as we can ...as I did for you. I can assure you it is not that we aren't interested. This is the second futon we've bought and we're very happy with both. They work really well in the spare room, giving us more space, yet still providing seating and a bed for visitors when required. We have the other in our van, which now allows us to sit in the back for a relaxing brew, or sleep overnight occasionally when the fancy takes us - brilliant!

The bed is great and very well made, all as expected.
Although it hasn't been unpacked and assembled yet, I'm assuming it will be grand.
Delivery, however, was a pain.
Information was unclear, contradictory, required several mostly unhelpful (though they did try after awhile) phone calls when the date we agreed was suddenly cancelled by the delivery firm -- which meant I had to change my plans as well.

Regarding delivery, you are referring to one of our delivery partners who, from our experience, are always helpful on the telephone so we are sorry if they fell short when speaking with you. Individual circumstances mean they can't always resolve an issue immediately but we are sure they will have been apologetic and resolved the matter as soon as was possible. None of our delivery partners change the agreed arrangements unless it is unavoidable. In the case of your delivery, the delivery vehicle had been delayed earlier in the day and the driver could not continue to your address as planned as he would have exceeded his legal driving hours. The delivery crew stayed in a hotel overnight so the delivery run could be completed in the morning. We are sorry that this caused you some disruption but hope that you understand that legal driving hours are in place to keep everyone on the road safe.

The purchase and delivery experience was very efficient despite some of the negative comments I have read. The sofa bed was delivered in flat pack by our door step. One big piece did need 2 people to carry upstairs. The assembly was not too painful. Putting the cover onto the cushions was the trickiest bit. The mattress is very firm and I’m using a mattress topper. I did have to air it out for a couple of days as I have asked for it to be scotchgard protected and the smell was initially strong.

Customer service was impressive: prompt email replies, flexibility in choice of the colour.
The delivery worked well, though tracking during its time-slot was inaccurate.
But all's well that ends well!

This is the third product I have ordered from the company and the mattress is superb. I use it for seating in my front room and it is perfect. The delivery man originally brought in the wrong product but Andrew in the sales office was great and sorted it all out in a short time. Great product and great service.

Only small thing is, when you order a removal cover, you don't get the" button look" this is gone and it is a smooth cover ,it obviously doesn't look like the one on the webpage, perhaps a picture of what a removal cover would look like would be useful.

Nice futon. Very comfy mattress. The fixing bolts were cunningly hidden beneath a slat on the frame, so I first thought they had been omitted from the order, but I eventually found them, assembled the futon and ended up having to sleep on it the next night! Turned out that the wool mattress is very comfortable, and just as comfortable as my much more expensive one on the main bed! Took a while for the order to reach me but worth the wait.

Because of shipping being only on certain days this could have been tricky, however very good communication from Sit and Sleep to arrange it and then from delivery company to update me .

Really brilliant customer service after a disappointment re delivery date (check courier info before ordering!) they went above and beyond to get our bed to us before Easter when we had friends staying.
Impressed with value for money and would definitely order again.

The whole experience of purchase,delivery ,quality of the product and customer service was excellent save for a single aspect. That was the refusal of the delivery person to help carry the three parcels upstairs. This would have taken no more than 5 minutes. but was too heavy for myself alone.
It was clear that this was not included save for a declaration by myself that this would have been entirely at my own risk. I would have given that undertaking and asked the driver but was refused.

Thank you for your review - we are happy to read that you are so pleased with the product and your dealings with us. Regarding the delivery - delivery is a tricky thing ...sounds simple but many things have to be taken into account. When placing your order online you selected GROUND floor delivery and that is a 1-person delivery to just inside the front door of a property. There was an UPPER floor delivery option at the time of purchasing but you did not select it. We have to respect the restrictions that each delivery company has which are in place to safeguard the customer/the property/the delivery person from injury/damage - they really aren't trying to be difficult. Sounds extreme but if a customer was to seriously injure themselves (slipping on the stairs, for example, whilst carrying items WITH the assistance of the driver), things could get very complicated indeed. We hope this didn't mar the experience too much for you.

I wanted a S&S futon, because I wanted a GOOD sofa AND a GOOD bed (and most clic-clak sofa beds are 30cm narrower than a double bed!).
S&S customer service was excellent; they told me loads about how futon mattress technology has advanced in the last 20 years - and helped me to choose the right S&S futon for my needs.
I am very happy to report that it is a good, double-sized, proper bed - and also, a very comfortable, proper-sized sofa. I thoroughly recommend the company and the product.

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE MERCHANDISE OR CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL. THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO BE MENTIONED IS THAT THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS NO HELP AND NOT VERY PLEASANT. HE DROPPED THE DELIVERY JUST INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR AND TOLD MY WIFE THAT IS ALL HE WOULD DO AS THE DELIVERY HAD ONE MAN ON THE NOTE. WE WERE NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT.
VERY HAPPY WITH THE FUTON.

Thank you for the beautiful sofabed and I love it. It is a high quality piece of furntiure. I love the yellow colour. The customer service is excellent and they responded everytime when I say something.
The shipping was unfortunte late but it was not the company fault. I think it was shipped from Denmark and cause delay at the border. I assumed it is the brexit problem.
Would I recommended to their service? Big yes! Great service and superb communication. No about about that.

The sofa bed looks very modern and attractive. It is comfortable to sit on but have not yet tried it as a bed. The fabric looks good quality and the finish is excellent. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge as always. All the bits were there but the instruction diagram could have been more helpful as you construct it upside down and then turn it over. A great feeling of satisfaction when it was completed.

Thank you for your review. I think we need to raise the subject of the assembly instructions for this model with Innovation Living - they have updated them in recent years and the previous instructions seemed easier to follow. I have this model myself and it isn't necessary to construct it with everything upside down (admittedly my instructions were the old style) but I think, for illustrative purposes, Innovation amended the diagrams and have actually complicated things as it certainly does appear that you need to do that - another customer also gave similar comments as yourself regarding assembly. So we will discuss this on our next review with Innovation. We are glad that once you had got your Cubed assembled you are pleased with the product.
