My husband and I love our new futon! It is very comfortable to sleep on, stylish and easy to put together. We also like the fact that it is higher off the floor than other futons. Definitely 5 stars from us.

The Futon has lived up to expectations. It is comfortable, well made and attractive. The mattress (we upgraded to the lux mattress) is really comfy and the bed simple to convert from sofa to bed and back again.

The instructions wasn’t as clear for my simple mind but once I realised how it needed to be put together it was very straightforward and didn’t take long, the person I spoke to was super helpful and gave advice on how to put it together.

Am delighted! It was really helpful to receive colour swatches. I decided on the orchid pink to brighten up a room that gets little sunlight. And the mattress upgrade. It arrived within 2 weeks. This is a solid piece of furniture. It took a short while to put it together. The pull out mechanism is easy but the double takes two people. It was tested recently. My friends had a really very good night's sleep well, 5 nights. It's very comfortable as a sofa, to sit on. The orchid pink is perfect!

I wanted a S&S futon, because I wanted a GOOD sofa AND a GOOD bed (and most clic-clak sofa beds are 30cm narrower than a double bed!). S&S customer service was excellent; they told me loads about how futon mattress technology has advanced in the last 20 years - and helped me to choose the right S&S futon for my needs. I am very happy to report that it is a good, double-sized, proper bed - and also, a very comfortable, proper-sized sofa. I thoroughly recommend the company and the product.

Very pleased with futon and delivery. A small problem bolting the wooden base together - two holes didn't line up properly and needed quite a bit of force to align them.

Very pleased with the futon. It's sturdy and everyone like the material. Relatives slept on it this weekend and said it was very comfortable. We also found it easy to convert to and from a bed.

Very pleased with our traditional double futon sofabed. It looks very smart and converting from bed to seat is easy and smooth. We opted for the additional headboard/arm rests which does make the whole thing look more complete. It is very comfortable and acts as a perfect guest bed. The instructions, although very simple, don't contain the clearest diagrams which led to a little confusion. But we experienced very friendly and helpful customer service and very quickly.

I wanted a futon that could be used mainly as a bed, as I live in a studio flat. I spoke to Sit and Sleep on the phone and they were very helpful about what I would need. The futon was delivered on the day I chose, I was able to assemble it alone, and it's extremely comfy and well made.
