We are delighted with the futon but have given it four stars because of assembly. As disabled pensioners we found it quite cumbersome to put together. However, the finished product is wonderful. So far it has been used as a bed. It gives a good night's sleep (with a couple of toppers to enhance it). The purple covers are a great colour and we like that they can be removed for washing. We feel it's well worth buying and it was a great help in the circumstances that necessitated its purchase.

Excellent service and delivery and futon very comfortable; ordered the luxury futon mattress. Dropped one star as ordered the arms but assembled the frame and then looked at the instructions for the arms. Had to disassemble the frame to fix the arms and then reassemble; would have been helpful to have a note in the main instructions advising that if you have purchased the additional arms, please follow those instructions prior to assemling the main frame, neverthless, would highly recommend.

I want to preface this by saying the item is fantastic - it looks good, feels good, was easy to put together, and looks high quality. My only gripe is that I feel a bit mislead in that I spent a LONG time trying to find a futon before going for this, and one of the things that drew me to this one was the lack of buttons & dips where the buttons go - so imagine my surprise when I find out the mattress has them, but they appear hidden by the covers in the images. Small issue overall.
