Feels comfy. Thicker than I was expecting. Stain guard has left the material feeling normal. I remove one star because of a number of loose threads from the seams. Dare I pull them or will that cause them to unravel? Such a First World worry I know but for £300+ you think someone might have checked it over.

Thank you for leaving us a review following you purchase of the Futon Mattress.
We are sorry you have reported a number of threads along the seams – You should be ok to cut these off – I would suggest using a decent pair of scissors and applying a little tension and cutting off close to the mattress. Then as the tension is lost the residual “mini” thread will be lost into the mattress.
Of course you shouldn’t have to do this – and this should have been picked up at the time of manufacture and checking. We will bring this to our Production Managers attention next week.
