It you have a futon base that stays as bed full- time this is THE BEST mattress. I can't believe how comfortable. Also the team who delivered it carried it up a LOT of narrow stairs with good humour. I was given a delivery slot and it arrived exactly as promised. I would certainly buy another mattress from this company.

The service and the delivery was outstanding BUT.!!..I have to say that I am slightly disappointed with the quality of futon Mattress. It arrived 5 days ago and starts already sagging in the middle. Ok; my weight around 95Kg but this should not be a problem. I thing the futon is too soft due to its thickness. Exactly what I did not want. If the sagging gets worse over the next week we have a problem. There should be more information and instructions about this product on your site.
