As described above,the fabric has a distinctive smell... it's difficult to pinpoint what is it, smells like a mixture of dump fabric and something synthetic.
We are hoping that it will evaporate soon because at the moment it's quite overpowering.

Hello Alexandra. Thank you for your review. The fabric upholstered section of your Zeal Daybed will have been wrapped in plastic and cardboard for several weeks for transport from the Innovation factory and so it is not uncommon for there to be a degree of new furniture smell when it is unwrapped. We would fully expect any odour that is apparent after unwrapping the product to diminish in time and would suggest keeping the room in which it is located well ventilated during this period.
