Instructions were difficult to follow. Sofa very comfortable - I purchased the extra deep mattress.
Looks like picture. Love it - perfect for my limited space.
Storage drawer is small.

Reallg good looking and solid. The only problem was fitting the back in flush with the arms after using it as a bed. Always looks lumpy and stops us fully pushing it back to the wall.

Thank you for your review. Very glad to hear that you like your Snug sofa bed - the Prime Lime fabric you chose is particularly nice and is a personal favourite. When you are returning the unit to sofa position, and you are nearly done, lift ever so slightly (just a couple of centimetres or so) on the front plinth so that it can be pushed fully back and sit just inside the front face of the arms - this will also enable the very back part of the frame to be completely vertical. The bottom part of the mattress that hangs down the back of the unit may need to be manually positioned/tidied onto the little wooden 'shelf' at the back of the unit. I hope this helps.

My initial enquiry was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner and confirmation was received promptly The delivery was made on time by a very helpful and cheerful driver. My son in law assembled the sofa bed without too much difficulty and we are very pleased with it.

Very happy with the sofa bed! It is both stylish and comfy. Just had my first guest use it as a bed and she said it was very comfy. It was not easy to assemble by myself, I think it would be good if the instruction manual would give a bit more guidance for people that are unfamiliar with technical terms. Once assembled, the sofabed is fairly easy to transform. The one downside is that I bought the drawer with it, but the drawer is hard to access and so I don't really use it.
